We deliver industry-leading innovation that addresses the growing worldwide demand for high quality titanium dioxide.
The Chemours manufacturing facility in DeLisle, Mississippi was established in 1979 on 2,600 acres. The site is home to approximately 1,000 acres of Certified Wildlife Habitat.
Chemours DeLisle and its team members are extremely active in community activities. The team actively supports local middle and high school science fairs. It sponsors the participation of multiple high school science teachers in national conferences. The site is a major supporter of robotics training in area schools, including support of participation in tournaments and regularly holds blood drives on the site as a major supporter of the United Way of South Mississippi.
Our site also maintains a community advisory panel (CAP) comprised of representatives from business and community associations, local elected officials, and nearby residents. CAP meetings provide an opportunity for participants to identify and discuss key areas of interest or concern and learn more about our products and business.
