The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world and will continue to change it for years to come. Once the heat of the public health and economic emergency has passed, the world we emerge into will require us to change our behavior and our society.
We will have to innovate to meet new challenges, learning to keep society running while making it more resilient to crisis. The world can rebound into a culture that is cleaner, more connected, and less carbon dependent than ever before, but to do so, we must continue to harness the power of chemistry.
