Diane Iuliano Picho

Diane is the Interim President of Titanium Technologies (TT), one of the largest manufacturers of Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂) in the world. Prior to being named Interim President, she served as Vice President of HR and Chief of Staff for TT where she led both HR and strategy development including strategic projects such as organizational design and development of sustainability and commercial strategies.

Her 40-year career spans experience in several areas including R&D, operations, HR, sales, marketing, and business leadership.

Previously, Diane was the Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Chemours Advanced Performance Materials business where she led product management, supply chain, and demand planning, and competitive intelligence. Throughout her career several of her assignments were newly created roles, catering to her strong business acumen.

Diane received her Master of Business Administration from Widener University and her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
