Extra Power in Vapor Degreasers
Vertrel™ SMT specialty fluid is a proprietary azeotrope of Vertrel™ XF specialty fluid with trans-1,2 dichloroethylene and methanol. Ideally used in a vapor degreaser, it exhibits high solvency for cleaning ionic soils and flux residues from electronic assemblies.
Vertrel™ SMT is compatible with most plastics and elastomers, and can be used to clean a wide variety of soils, including:
- Flux residue
- Heavy greases
- Processing oils
- Mineral oils
- Synthetic oils
- Waxes
