We continue to partner with Quest Diagnostics to provide several options for employees to complete their biometric screening. If you are enrolled in a Chemours medical plan for 2025, you can save an additional $115 per month on your medical premiums by completing a biometric screening. MetLife Health Screening Incentive!
When you are enrolled in the Critical Illness Insurance Plan with MetLife, you are eligible to receive fifty dollars ($50) per calendar year for taking one of the eligible screening/prevention measures. Call (800) 438-6388 for more information.
